How to Prepare:

- 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Mr. Black’s Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Gold Brew Espresso, cooled
- 0.5 oz Rich Demerara Syrup
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- Coffee beans, for garnish
Equipment:
- Shaker
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Strainer
- Martini glass
Instructions:
- Chill your martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
- In a mixing glass, combine the Tito’s Vodka, Vanilla Vodka, Mr. Black’s Coffee Liqueur, Gold Brew Espresso, and Rich Demerara Syrup.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture using a bar spoon for about 20-30 seconds. This will chill and dilute the ingredients while ensuring a well-mixed cocktail.
- After stirring, add the chocolate bitters to the mixture and gently stir again to incorporate.
- Remove the chilled martini glass from the freezer and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass, using a strainer to catch any ice shards.
- Garnish your Vanilla Espresso Martini with a few coffee beans placed delicately on the surface of the drink.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your indulgent Vanilla Espresso Martini with a delightful chocolate accent.
Hill House Note:
- If you prefer a slightly sweeter cocktail, you can adjust the amount of Rich Demerara Syrup to your taste.
- You can make Rich Demerara Syrup by combining equal parts Demerara sugar and water in a saucepan, heating until the sugar is dissolved, and then letting it cool before use.
- Gold Brew Espresso can be prepared using your preferred espresso brewing method. Allow it to cool before using it in the cocktail.
