The Hill House Bar: Pink Passion

How to Prepare:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Ruby Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Passionfruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemongrass Syrup
  • Lime Slice for garnish
  • Salt for rimming
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Begin by rimming the rocks glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and then dip the rim into a plate of salt, rotating it to coat the entire rim evenly.
  2. Fill the rocks glass with ice cubes, ensuring they’re about three-quarters full.
  3. In a shaker, combine the gin, ruby grapefruit juice, passionfruit juice, and lemongrass syrup.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and then shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and thoroughly mix the ingredients.
  5. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared rocks glass, over the ice.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with a slice of lime, placing it on the rim of the glass.
  7. Your Pink Passion is now ready to enjoy! Sip and savor the unique blend of flavors.
