- 0.5oz Salerno Blood Orange Liqueur

- Lime Sea-Salt-Air foam (see instructions below)
- Ice cubes
- Orange twist, for garnish
Lime Sea-Salt-Air Foam:
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar and water)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp soy lecithin (optional, for creating foam)
Instructions:
Lime Sea-Salt-Air Foam:
- In a bowl, combine the fresh lime juice, water, simple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. If using, add the soy lecithin.
- Use an immersion blender or whisk to mix the ingredients until well combined and slightly frothy.
- Once mixed, create the foam by using a handheld milk frother or by blowing air into the mixture with a straw.
- Let the foam sit for a few minutes to stabilize while you prepare the cocktail.
Cocktail:
- In a mixing glass, combine the 1800 Silver Tequila, Herradura Añejo Tequila, Salerno Blood Orange Liqueur, and Demerara Syrup.
